Material Supply Planning Manager 
Manage the Team, give vision and define strategy:
 ? Recruit, develop and manage the team members. Organize the team workload. Support and promote the development of the expertise and skills of team members and adapt organization if needed.  

? Ensure that the key job accountabilities are carried out and processes are in place, according to DGO MSC standards and strategy.

? Ensure that LBO is in place in the team and if not appoint one. Ensure that this position is valued and recognized.

? Follow the KPI and challenge them.

? For one’s entire catalog, manage the supply of materials (RM and / or PM) according to the production plan, challenge supply parameters, and control inventory levels. Develop the supplier relationship in a collaborative and partnership approach in an international environment.

? Lead SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and ensure that quarterly reviews with Suppliers and Sourcing (Business Teams) are in place  

? Build and animate an S&OP strategic review with key suppliers (ex: capacity review) 

Ensure process & tool standards application and be responsible for the on the job learning.  
? Be the process expert: Monitor norms and processes implementation, and share progress with management and zone BOs  

? Be the tool expert, in charge to ensure the harmonized use of the tool in your entity, according to the Group practices

? Organize and facilitate process & tool continuous training, contribute to on-boarding, challenge training tracks deployment  

? Ensure local deployment, training and good usage of tools evolutions

? Ensure that Information System testing is done and that 100% incidents are reported in SNOW and closed  

? Consolidate métier and tool assessments, propose and monitor action plans

? Propose and challenge tool evolutions

? Be leader or coordinator to functional projects  

? Attend LBO advanced trainings/seminars and share the learnings locally

? Share best practices among the LBO community

? Handle formal Supply Chain process training to non-Supply Chain stakeholders 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business;

3 – 5 years of supply chain management and/or manufacturing;

Management experience required

Has general knowledge of the plant’s quality system;

Have knowledge and understanding of and/or ability to perform the Material Release Process, Nonconformance Process, Preventative Action Process, Document and Data Control Process, Purchasing Process, Personnel Process, Planning and Launch Process, Three Management Processes, Quality Records Process, Division France (DF), Supply Chain Process;

Has the ability to identify and satisfy training needs in the department;

Have good written and verbal communication skills;

Have a basic understanding of FDA and GMP’s;

Possesses strong Microsoft Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and analytical ability
