As a part of your development track within this program, you will be a part of our Talent Acquisition team, and work on various recruitment projects that will help you to upskill fast and gain knowledge about what it takes to be the employer of choice!

What brings diversity and dynamics to this role are various talent acquisition activities. This includes all of the activities related to spotting, attracting and screening the best talents, presenting our amazing work opportunities to different & diverse candidate pools, as well as getting to know many interesting profiles at interviews, while being on top of candidate database analytics and keeping high candidate experience. Additionally, you will also explore the world of employer branding by supporting innovative L’Oréal's employer brand (EVP) projects such as Zlatni Indeks awards and Vrh poslodavac recognition, that we received several times. 😊


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, highly ethical and responsible person to join our team! 
Our ideal candidate:  
  • Has at least a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Ideally gained some first professional experience during internships 
  • Excellent organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and proactive attitude
  • Agility in dealing with multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment 
  • A true team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to build win-win business relationships and partnerships
  • Able to work with confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Versatile person, willing to explore different business areas and tasks from HR perspective
  • Shows proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Speaks Croatian and English fluently (knowing any other regional language is an advantage)
  • Is an active driver with B category license
