The Professional Products Division

CUSTOMER DATA MANAGER
You will:
As the Customer Data Manager you
will work with the E-commerce Director on the following:
•Responsible
for collecting, reporting and analyzing Customer sell out data and Customer
Metrics/KPIs
•Responsible
for translating data to actionable insight
•Responsible
for sharing regularly and transparently data insights to commercial and brand
teams to influence promotional and marketing plans
•Responsible
for evaluation ROI of promotions across key clients and key brands
•Responsible
for setting up strong relationships with Customer Data teams
•Able
to build automated dashboards on reporting platforms such as PowerBI
•Able
to respond to ad-hoc queries and translate into business opportunities
•Work
with Google cloud platform, Google Big query, AI platform and Data flow
•Manage
business and digital marketing data
•Able
to build forecasting modules leveraging AI and ML techniques
•Advanced
knowledge in SQL and Python
