What are we looking for?

We are recruiting for a Retail Manager to develop the business through retail strategy; build and implement sales strategy to drive sales growth in country. The key responsibilities include:

·         Lead and motivate team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve their targets and increase productivity at store level

·         Recruit, train, supervise and appraise BAs

·         Masters retail operations to maximise sales

·         Set and manage sales target, roster, deployment and commissions

·         Ensure compliance and upkeeping of counters by BAs across all channels

·         Communicate and be the go-to person for BAs for any office to field communications

·         Provide logistics support to BAs in terms of replenishing selling tools, samples and gifts

·         Monitor BAs turnover rate
