  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for our Digital Director (executive support)
  • Organize digital events, trainings and workshops
  • Analyze and prepare reports about media campaigns, eCommerce activities and other ad hoc reports
  • Work with internal digital systems and portals and coordinate its activities with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding organizational structure  
  • Support HR team with HR communication activities (translations, copywriting, preparing presentations, visuals, helping with job campaigns)
  • Support recruitment team with other ad hoc administrative and organizational tasks (recruitment events, preparing invitations, gift bags, ect.) 

YOU ARE the one if you:

  • Are Czech or Slovak native speaker and fluent in English
  • Enjoy administrative tasks and projects
  • Possess very good PC skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Are a confident communicator with strong networking and cooperation abilities
  • Are highly motivated and open to the international environment
  • Are reliable and open minded
  • Have copywriting and graphic design skills (is a plus)
