[L'oreal Korea] Luxe CRM - CRM Campaign & Solution Manager

Based on L'Oreal Korea Luxe Division's CRM strategy roadmap and North Asia CRM project, we are seeking for a CRM Campaign/Solution Manager for D2C Company evolution 1) to build & upgrade CRM ecosystem (CRM Solution, Analytic Tool, Customer Data Platform)
2) to lead campaign optimization/automation
3) Lead CRM transformation with a strong & agile CRM leadership team, Luxe CRM community members together!

  • Build/upgrade/stabilize the latest CRM mar-tech solution (Collaboration with Tech Team/Data Team)
  • Increase CLTV through campaign optimization/automation from the perspective of Luxe total/by Brands
  • Manage CRM Campaign Performance Measurement & derive actionable CRM marketing insights
  • Lead D2C Transformation & Other CRM Initiatives with Luxe CRM leadership team & Key Stakeholders
  • Manage CRM Expert & Juniors, Optimize CRM Agency’s Strategic project & Daily Operations

The right candidate will have a professional 
  • CRM Experiences in optimizing campaigns, operating solutions, and upgrading dashboards. 
  •  A balanced understanding of the campaign solution & CRM Ecosystem will be a plus. 
  • People managing experience of CRM expert/CRM agency will save time & resources of campaign/solution team leader’s position
  • Campaign solutions related to other CRM projects experience will amplify the early achievement. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills & integrity will help candidate’s soft landing.

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: 10+ years
  • Career Experience
    • At least 6 years experience in CRM campaign/solution/dashboard management (credit card, e-commerce, platform/tech-based startup, foreign company etc.)
    • CRM campaign solution adoption & establishment experience (project leading experience from business/CRM team side)
    • Strong communication skills in English (verbal, reading & writing) and Korean.
    • Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making culture & methodology
    • Self-motivated, and curious to understand/solve complex problems.
    • Global FMCG & manufacturing brand CRM solution management experience is plus
    • Understanding of CRM tech/system/data is plus
    • Other CRM solution-related projects experience is plus (CDP, Loyalty Engine/Offer management/Campaign mart projects etc.)
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT, SQL, and any other analysis tool (Dashboard)
