ACD(Active Cosmetic Division)_Digital Team_Digital and Communication Specialist

Push visibility and reinforce local brand awareness through the implementation of digital & communication strategies. Plan, develop, design, and manage social, digital channels to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image in the local market

Build-up and support Brand’s IMC campaign: Digital, PR, Buzz/Viral
  • Contribute to building and implementing a 360° campaign on major product launches, always-on campaign, events of ACD brands, especially SkinCeuticals 
  • In collaboration with Marketing, support creation and presentation of digital communication strategy including digital media, buzz/viral, influencer marketing 
  • Maintain relations with all the relevant media role players: new media, traditional media, etc
  • Contribute to managing Public Relations: press release, free publicity of the media, media tie-ups, etc

Manage & Support Digital Media: Paid Search, Paid Media & Digital Asset Creation
  • Roll out SkinCeutical’s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose
  • Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to & offline stores
  • Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations
  • Create digital asset creations optimized for digital ad placements 
  • Share best practices and monitor the local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition

Analysis and up-to-date tracking on digital trends, market competitors
  • Monitor and share best practices for trends that support brands’ ambition to take leadership in the digital & skincare market

  • University graduate
  • 7-8 years of experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry as a Digital Specialist
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
