Job Title: (Jr.) Social & CRM Specialist– 3CE MKT, Consumer Products Division

Your future team plays a vital role in building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Support, plan and execute Integrated Marketing Communication strategy for 3CE to maximize brand exposure in all channels mainly focusing on owned channels (Social media account, CRM, brand website) and KOL activation program.
- Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for owned channels. (Instagram, X).
- Lead content creation and publishing for the local market.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly on social media account growth, engagement, and sentiment.
- Track social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- CRM:
- Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies
- Manage CRM tools (Kakao Plus channel, My Beauty Box service, etc)
- Website maintenance:
- Maintain and update latest contents on the official website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the 3CE local official website.
- Micro KOL Nurturing Program:
- Optimize local micro KOL nurturing program strategies and programs to maximize relevance and engagement.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with influencers in Korea to foster authentic advocacy and brand love.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : 2-5 years’ experience
- Specific Career Experience :
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in the beauty industry with strong social media experience. Or having experience in working with KOLs, social management or content creators.
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills : Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
