Job Title: Business planning & Trade Marketing Team Manger - LDB

A DAY IN LIFE 

• Identified gaps with sales forecasting process, management risk & opportunities base on market / consumer/ customer
• Lead on efficient and effective promotion and implement commercial promotions 
• Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
• Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustment to key stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply chain, and others) and validate the sales forecasts, lead the sales forecast monthly meeting.
• Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmers, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets. 
• Participate in the S&OP process and contribute to inventory optimization.
• Provide business analysis and reporting on sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning, or a related role within the FMCG industry. Experience with beauty products is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop and manage sales plans and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Experience with S&OP processes and principles.

QUALIFICAITON

• Education: University graduate
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Experience:
  -At least 3 years' experience in the beauty industry or FMCG industrySelling, 
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Proficient with MS
