Join our Supply Chain team as CUSTOMER CARE KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
L’Oréal International Distribution (LID) Supply chain team is a young and entrepreneurial team focused on supporting the business growth of the entity by developing new brands and new territories thanks to its international expertise and agility. LID EMEA is distributing the products of the 4 divisions in Africa, GCC, DOM TOM and Europe (for the news brands).
AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE:
In close collaboration with multiple departments (Supply, Commerce, Credit, Master data, Physical distribution, etc.), your mission will be to ensure the running of the Order to cash process for your scope in order to guarantee the turnover. You will also be in charge of multiple projects related to business development and improvement.
In a challenging and evolving context, within a young and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to challenge the status quo, propose new ideas and participate to the great LID adventure (new business & new flow).
YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
Management of the order to cash (OTC) process
- Operational management of the OTC process within your scope: on time order processing, deliveries monitoring, documentation sharing, shortages follow up and communication…
- Credit statutes management with the Credit Manager
- Claims management
- Coordination of the activity with the 3PL, warehouses, custom broker, freight forwarder
- Development of partnerships with customers
- Development of expertise in geographical areas (legal constraints / customs / transport / formalities)
Lead on team / business / group projects
- Participation in processes and tools improvement and best practices sharing
- Lead on automation and simplification team projects and structuring Business and Group projects
- Implementation of inter-service cooperation and partnership with our freight forwarders
- Customer projects (examples: set up of EDI, export in new countries, integration of new customers…)
THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HARD SKILLS:
- Master’s degree engineer/commerce
- French and English fluent
- Tools: Excel, SAP and Power BI
SOFT SKILLS:
- Good relationship and team spirit.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Rigour, autonomy, analytical mind, proactivity, leadership, curiosity, priority management
- Customer service oriented, operational excellence, make it happen spirit and agility
