Key Account Manager (m/f)
YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Key Account Manager requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Implementing division and channel strategy per brand/category in association with distributors and in agreement with the Commercial Director.
- Working with the markets in Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia & Kosovo, regularly visiting the partners in the region
- Growing market shares and the market in general in cooperation with distributors.
- Developing trusting relationships with distributors.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of distributors needs and requirements.
- Serving as the link of communication between distributors and HUB category leaders
- Preparing regular reports (sell through, sell in, stock coverages) of progress and forecasts to HUB.
- Analyzing P&L (commercial lines) lines and potential additional necessary activities for the purpose of building product & gross margin per client/country.
- Visiting the field at least once a quarter (additionally depending on the need in each market (country) together with distributors.
- Analyzing previously defined activities and setting up new activities in close cooperation with distributors regarding the development of our brands, categories, and markets in their entirety.
- Following competitors’ activities, retailer shelf prices, and media investment per market (country).
- Performing distribution analysis (actual & potential).
- Proposing activity to improve sell out, market share, sell through & sell in.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Has minimally 2 to 5 years of similar experience
- Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
- Has excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, Power BI, Outlook)
- Understands P&L (commercial lines) analysis
- Understands the e-commerce landscape and application possibilities in related markets.
- Has strong numerical and analytical skills
- Has highly developer adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills
- Has a growth and goal-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Works with responsibility & autonomy and is good team player
- Open to relocate to EU countries
- Is Fluent in English language
