L’Oréal and is currently looking for a new team member to take over responsibilities of (Junior) Brand Activation Manager OFFLINE AND ONLINE in our Luxury Division. 


YOU WILL: 

  • Work on luxury beauty brands fragrance and make-up 360 campaigns ensuring the trade visibility for both offline and online channels for various luxury perfumeries and e-retailers. 
  • Execute given trade marketing strategy per client, both offline and online for Czech and Slovakian markets with the lead of Senior Brand Activation Manager.  
  • Be in touch everyday with POS and graphic agencies to produce best in class POS decoration and online assets according to yearly plan, with respecting luxury brands international guidelines and given budget.  
  • Lead the creation/implementation of permanent and temporary POS materials answering the marketing plan needs.  
  • Be responsible for brands excellent permanent appearances in instore, brand furnitures, perfumery shelves, e-retailer online sites and webshop.  
  • Be responsible for brands gifting and generosity plans with budget consciousness and select the relevant brand tools regards animation objectives and consumer targets. Ensure the administration process of gifts, samples, other brand tools reaching the selected partners.  
  • Work in strong collaboration with the brands Brand Activation team via the 3 markets and with the brands Product Manager and Engagement Manager to ensure best in class 360 campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with several departments of Luxe division: Sales, Retail Design, Logistic and Field teams to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns.  
  • Plan and execute brands instore and shopping mall occasional special promo events and activities .  
  • Monitor, analize and evaluate ROI of brand trade campaigns and promo events.  
  • Be responsible of POS and gifting budget, purchase order creation and administration behind. 

 

YOU ARE/HAVE: 

  • University degree in Marketing  
  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in trade marketing 
  • Czech or Slovak speaker, fluent in English is a must 
  • Advanced in Excel 
  • Basic usage of graphic designer tools being an advantage 
  • Sensitivity to Luxury environment and brands, Fashion, Trends 
  • Budget-conscious 
  • Great communication and presentation skills 
  • Proactive approach to make plans happen with excellent execution and detail orientation 
  • Good in administration and handling recurring operational tasks 
  • Consumer-oriented approach (curious aboutconsumer purchase journey)
