Key Responsibilities:
・Definition of the Retail Education vision, strategy and 5 year plan
・Management of the Retail Education budget
・Definition of strategic insights based on the Retail Education trends and innovations
・Management of the Retail Education team: providing them with guidance & direction, prioritization, etc.
・Management of the Retail Excellence lead: providing guidance and coaching & ensuring the Retail Excellence lead aligns the team to the brand strategic needs
・Incarnates & transmits Retail Education strategy in key internal strategic meetings.
・Oversees the creation of training modules for the categories
・Works closely with global category Directors, ensuring 360 collaborations between category & education metiers
・Co-develops key cross division strategic projects and provide direction on Education best practices
・Settles strategic action plan based on key education KPIs & provide strategic recommendations to drive brand development for Zones & Countries Retail populations to ensure the eco system consistency
・Ensure team growth and development, positive morale and engagement and empower for decision making
・Firster 360 collaboration, mindset and ways of working
・Be an active promoter of the Simplicity and Drive principles
・Ensure the L’OREAL ethic principles are respected
