L'Oréal CZ/SK/HU is seeking an experienced Advocacy & Influencer Lead to develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies for the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division in CZ/SK/HU & all its brands.

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty divison, the world leader in dermocosmetics, provides life-changing skincare and haircare solutions recommended by healthcare professionals. Our brands (Vichy, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe & Skinceuticals) cater to diverse needs, from medical skin conditions to aesthetic aspirations, with options ranging from accessible to premium.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for L'Oréal's Dermatological Beauty division in CZ/SK/HU, focusing on both B2C and B2B audiences
• Manage relationships with influencers and medical influencers, fostering engagement and brand love
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
• Drive Division A&I Acceleration on key bets to win Engagement and drive brand love and cultural relevance locally

YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE:

• Min. 3-year experience in influencer marketing, digital media, PR
• Proven track record of developing, executing and evaluating successful influencer strategies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with focus on media amplification of influencers content
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders including agencies, medical influencers, journalists etc
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Have data analytics skills and understanding of Influencer Marketing KPIs
• Passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of current trends
• Are fluent Czech and English speaker
• Experiences from medical environment is a plus
