Your mission…   

As an IT Graduate you will get the opportunity to gain solid IT, business and digital experience, as well as insights into a big international organization. You will get a unique opportunity for personal and professional development within a multinational company and gain first-hand experience of working with business, in one of the leading FMCG companies. The L’Oréal office in Copenhagen is the Headquarters for our Nordic IT Services covering Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You will work closely together with the CIO alongside IT Project Managers representing all 4 countries, all 4 functional divisions as well as corporate functions. The Graduate will report directly to the Nordic CIO.  


You will...   

We are looking for a Graduate who is ready to be a team player in an IT team within an international organization. You will be part of our journey to deliver new digital tools and services, especially within our data domain.  


Your main tasks will be... 

  • Assisting in business- and digital/data projects with a substantial amount of coordination between the four different L’Oréal divisions and appointed key users
  • Contributing to IT roadmap tracking (i.e., monthly reporting and budget monitoring) 
  • Preparing presentations and designing slides in PowerPoint 
  • Facilitating project coordination incl. contacting and bookings with suppliers
  • Administration and planning/organization of team meetings/events 
  • Assisting the IT Project Managers in rolling out various priority projects in close corporation with business/digital/data as well as IT-Europe at the global headquarter in Paris  
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security and GDRP regulations for all local business initiatives  
  • Participating and plan workshops with business key users  
  • Supporting daily business/digital/data demands and incidents 
  • Follow-up on department trainings and coordinate team action plans 

You… 

  • hold a M.Sc. Degree with specialization in IT/Communication/Data and/or e-business or you have recently graduated/are about to graduate   
  • have ideally gained hands-on working experience besides your studies   
  • thrive in a challenging and international working environment, as well as you are a quick learner and possess a positive learning attitude  
  • are proactive and service-minded with the ability to seek solutions for all stakeholders  
  • have strong coordination skills and ability to work with details and you have a structured approach to problem solving and are able to quickly grasp key issues  
  • communicate technical matters in a non-technical way to the business partners 
  • have an understanding of GDPR and IT security rules is highly preferred  
  • have a profound knowledge in MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel is a must 
  • have excellent English skills both spoken and written  

We are looking for the IT Graduate to start as soon as possible and no later than August 14th, 2023. The employment is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
