MY MISSION

• I am The Expert of 0+0 Activation Planning & Execution for PL market.
• I ensure customer-centric best-in-class activation in my clients by combining a deep understanding of client specific shopper insights, our channel & retailers strategy as well as our brands strategy. I am responsible for NAP alignment and maximization for PL market.

MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

NATIONAL ACTION PLAN:

• I'm responsible for National Action Plan alignment between Skin, Hair and Make-Up categories.
• Cascading of National Action Plan per Channels and top retailers (RSN, Hebe, Food).
• NAP maximization with feeding forward to Category Leads, Commercial & Marketing with activation ideas & needs.

MANAGEMENT:

• Support & development of N-1 (ISE, PLV Manager, Graphic Designer).
• Leading implementation of new Ways of Working (ISE - KAMS - Category - Marketing).
• Manage & controll A&P Budget.

PERFECT STORE:

• Be the champion of O+O activation & execution for PL clients bridging customer-centricity & L'Oréal strategy at POS & Online Ensure flawless implementation of National Activation Plan at retailer level.
• Enhance Brand expression & improve quality of CPD executions.

MY MAIN KPI's

• CPD Sell-In/Sell-Out/MS.
• NAP Activation Excellence (incl. 5-4star launches).
• Activation performance of top retailers (based on PEA) A&P Budget.
