The team is composed of 10 architects and developers in charge of a new Sales Commerce Cloud platform, agile and performing. 

Our objective is to ensure run processes and agility cross-brands and markets after a successful launch of websites.

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:

  • Managing and lead our key platform to integrate in the global eco-system of L’Oréal (OMS, Supply, payment….)
  • Developing centralization and localization with homogenization of processes, quality, and ways of working
  • IT agility and performance automation to be secured at each stage of development


IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER IN DETAILS, THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO

  • Define Technical Roadmap of ecommerce plateforms and own the products development and release end to end, working very closely with Zones IT.
  • Responsible for leading the eCommerce applications and development team within IT Ecommerce area and lead the full technical roadmap and its compliancy (life-cycle planning, development, implementation, post-implementation and on-going operations of information systems and applications)
  • Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient site development and better scalability of the technical solutions and platforms
  • Engineer solutions to meet business requirements. Contribute in systems design decisions, and planning for scalability & security.
  • Serve as the technical lead for all digital commerce initiatives and projects, working across internal teams and external partners
  • Develop standards, policies, procedures, and practices to ensure systems, services and applications meet company needs
  • Be a Strategic IT Partner to the Business stakeholder and IT stakeholders to develop long term plans for Platform evolution and ensure integration into the IT eco-system of LOREAL

And for this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience in:

  • A deep understanding of project and process design, methodology and tools.
  • Working knowledge of application on major digital & fulfillment applications ‘front-end’ (Salesforce Commerce Cloud is clearly a +, Sitecore) + back-end delivery integration (PSP aussi OMS, WMS/SAP, CRM & Analytics).
  • Ability to deal with conflicting requirements and scope change between markets.
  • Ability to effectively work smart and coordinate multiple pieces of work at the same time.
  • Teamwork in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to track and report status to IT management and business partners.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven track record of delivering products with high quality, familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools.
  • Has worked with distributed engineering teams and vendors in global delivery framework
  • A solid understanding of working on platforms and application directly impacting customers
  • Strong partnership with product and business teams that demonstrates effective collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders
