KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Medical Brand Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for the training and development of pharmacists and doctors, improving the engagement system to increase loyalty to our brands.
- Developing strategies and omnichannel plans to attract, train and increase pharmacist loyalty
- In-depth work with analytical data in the format of cross-analytics (intersection of learning outcomes and business indicators)
- Coordination and improvement of the Derma Club training platform
- Managing and coordinating the Mystery Shopper project
- Tracking trends in the field of training and implementing them in the educational process
- Development of motivational programs for pharmacists
- Professional, diverse development of the team and trainers
- Managing cooperation with agencies

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Education in the field of medicine/pharmaceuticals/marketing with 5 years of practical experience
- Experience in working with digital platforms, developing, and analyzing content relevance
- Team management skills and interaction with other functions, professional coaching
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information, synthetically communicate main ideas and conclusions
- Ability to prove and present your ideas
- Confident user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel). Experience in creating presentation materials
- Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines
- English Upper-Intermediate
