HR Generalist (fixed-term contract, 12 months)
L'Oréal Hellas is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our amazing HR Team on a project basis. We are streamlining our HR processes to elevate employee experience and you will contribute to the localization and deployment of our new HCM (Human Capital Management) System to manage all HR Functions end to end.

You will…
- Act as a liaison between local HR and global stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration throughout the localization process.
- Partner closely with the global Project Team to understand global processes and support the local HR Team to tailor them to local needs, while maintaining a cohesive global approach.
- Prepare workbooks for the design phase, participate in workshops. Discover the different Modules and perform necessary tests.
- Proactively support the Project Manager in addressing potential gaps and challenges throughout the localization process, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
- Prepare presentations and contribute to corrective actions, when needed.
- Support the local implementation of the new solutions and prepare upskilling sessions. Contribute to ensuring a seamless transition and adoption across the organization, through a comprehensive change management plan.

You have…
- 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist with a strong understanding of core HR processes, including HR Administration, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Rewards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication (in both Greek & English) & influencing skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage projects and operate in a transformative & high-speed environment; previous experience with localization projects will be considered a plus.
- Ambition to succeed and innate passion to leave your mark on the job.
