In the L’Oréal Luxe Division, we create the very best of luxury beauty. The Retail Education team is looking to hire a person in the position of expert trainer in perfumes, makeup and skincare. 

Reporting to the Retail Education Director, you will be responsible for providing training on brand-related content, sales methodology and retail follow-up in line with brand strategy and business growth.

 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES: 

  • Train customers and beauty advisors on brand-related products and services.
  • Convey brand values to distribution and provide regular support at the point of sale. 
  • Develop creativity among customers and their teams, linked to new products. 
  • Implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff. Measure target performance and adjust training plan according to needs.
  • Participate in the development of new training actions. 
  • Manage the Mystery Shopper program based on needs.
  • Contribute to improve the sale of our products in line with the brand strategy.
  • Adapt and manage new training and sales tools. Support in the design of the new training and associated tools. 
  • Support the development plan for new BA's, with the integration program.
  • Track competition and report information. 
  • Main KPIs: Productivity (IPT/AUS), NPS/ MS Score and conversion rate.

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Previous experience of at least 3 years as a trainer in strategic projects.
  • Expertise in make-up, perfumes and treatments.
  • Mobility to travel recurrently.
  • Good communication skills and empathy.  
  • Languages: Fluent English, French is an asset.
  • 360º cooperation with external and internal stakeholders.  
  • Vocation of service, customer orientation and customer needs, and ensure excellence in the shopping experience. 
  • Knowledge of the selective beauty sector is a plus.
