Environmental Projects Manager - LATAM Zone
POSITION PURPOSE:
Our Mission is to protect our people and planet and add value to our business.
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING FROM PEOPLE IN OUR TEAM:
- Deliver all “L´Oréal for the Future” commitments 2025 and 2030.
- Support and coach manufacturing sites in the zone to implement Best in Class Utilities.
- Bring new solutions to reduce consumptions and cost in all sites (Facilities management).
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support/drive key L´Oréal for the Future technical projects: Waterloop, Carbon Neutral, Energy efficiency, ...
- Utilities & Facilities focal point: Animate Best practices Utilities implementation in Manufacturing sites.
- Network external partnerships and look for new & innovative solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Manufacturing experience managing utilities & facilities.
- Technical knowledge (mechanical & electrical).
- +10 years of experience in utilities/facilities and/or environmental projects management.
- Capacity to create good relationships.
