We are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator who wants to be part of the digital transformation team within the organization. We seek leadership in e-commerce through the best shopping experience for our consumers and strong relationships with our customers. Your will be: • Responsible for managing and expanding business relationships • Lead a multidisciplinary team to improve the consumer journey in all digital contact points • Lead in the development of joint business plans that generate the best benefits for brands • Consolidate ecommerce data to generate reports and share decisions with brand teams • Lead the implementation of new tools in L'Oréal's ecommerce clients. • Responsible for guaranteeing the best ecommerce practices based on data analysis • Provide consulting to brands on ecommerce activation plans and challenge teams to have investments that generate return • Idealization of new projects and initiatives: dialogue with global teams to seek best practices and innovations • Lead the digital transformation of commercial teams and other e-commerce issues in order to be a driver of change within the organization. You have: • Professional degree in administrative or related careers • Experience in electronic commerce and mastery of the fundamentals of the channel • 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce / digital area • Ability to communicate effectively in English with global teams • Experience in negotiations, assertive communication and good relationships. • Practical profile, capable of being motivated in an environment of low predictability and high demand for results.
