Your mission…
As EHS & Fleet Project Manager your role will be to drive and support in a variety of projects and process improvements in a dynamic and complex environment. Joining a strong team and working closely together with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively contribute to the local implementation of global ambitious objectives within sustainability and work environment. The role reports to the Nordic EHS & Facility Director. 


You will...
  • Lead projects to build and ensure structural processes related to fleet management, analyze data and propose adapted solutions
  • Manage our Nordic fleet in close collaboration with the local stakeholders
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring our offices are carbon neutral by 2025; 
    • Foster innovation and creativity to protect the environment and reduce impact of activities 
    • Create and secure the related roadmap
  • Benchmark, apply and share EHS best practices from external and internal entities
  • Drive and support various projects within EHS and fleet management
  • Analyze data and propose adapted solutions
  • Support Nordic and Operations mancom in the implementation of EHS strategy, action plans, tools and programs to achieve the group’s objectives within sustainability and working environment
  • Deliver general EHS training on site, and drive the EHS training program of the site with HR and managers

You are...
Our candidate has a university degree or similar with a proven track record in project execution and leadership with minimum 5 years of working experience.

The successful candidate:
  • Can implement projects from A to Z. Plan, execute, communicate with involved stakeholders and deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority and good time management
  • Is business oriented and able to communicate with senior management stakeholders
  • Is motivated by challenges and have an entrepreneurial, open-minded, innovative mindset
  • Manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Is a team player with a good business understanding and have a flexible and pragmatic approach to work
  • Have a flair for numbers, speak English fluently and have good IT-skills (incl. SAP and Excel)
