Be part of our E-commerce acceleration within the E-commerce activation team by developing & executing our brands online through an efficient category e-commerce plan. We are obsessed with our e-consumers and want to propose them the best online experience. You will be partnering with our e-retailers to enhance shopper experience, both at category level and brand level. Ensuring the best online execution with Dermo cosmetic section, supporting marketing in creation of Shop in shop, A+ content, pushing Ratings & Reviews. Also run e-commerce media within platforms (onsite and offsite e-retailer media). You will ensure we hit our ambitious sales targets for this strategic channel.    


You will work closely with the marketing, digital & commercial team in Germany. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to new projects with top e-retailers. You are going to work both with internal and external stakeholders.


This role reports to the E-Activation Team Leader.


Key mission: Champion the Online Brand plan on platforms, including Campaigns, Promotions, Assortment, Hero SKU Focus, Campaign Stories, Platform Differentiation and Media 


E-Trade Plan Creation

 * Execute the best tailored e-trade plans with preferred e-retailers in collaboration with E-KAMs

 * Monitor & analyse e-trade operations to enhance performance of the campaigns on preferred partners

 * Audit competitors’ online activities



 * Be responsible for the hero products activations

 * Ensure best in class product launches on E-commerce platforms



 * Implement online content at e-retailers’ sites, including easy navigation, landing pages, banners, newsletters to ensure optimal traffic & conversion rate

 * Ensure A+ content on all the top priority products to drive conversion rates and SEO/SEM performance

 * Generate and monitor consumer’s reviews in cooperation with the team to drive conversion rate and to get product & marketing insights

 * Act as an in-house e-commerce expert to advise internal stakeholders in online content, e-com best practices


E-Commerce Media

 * Execute the E-commerce Media plan within our platforms

 * Analyses performance, execution and ROI of onsite media activities


In general, Manage, analyse (regular audit) and draw conclusions to optimize e-commerce KPIs  (traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value)



 * Experience in e-commerce or/and digital management with knowledge on digital campaign, content & social

 * Experience in creating marketing materials

 * Professional english knowledge 

 * A confident communicator

 * Strong team and cooperation spirit

 * Superior project management and time management skills 

 * Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing and digital media

 * Consumer obsessed

 * Sensitivity to beauty products, trends and willingness to master beauty language
