Division Partner Team Manager is responsible for defining the team vision and leading Division Partner Team to achieve its mission, with empowering and developing team members. The role is accountable for developing value proposition for Division Partner Team and driving operational excellence including leading brand-specific sourcing projects as well as ensuring purchasing compliance. The role is also responsible for successfully managing and developing relationships with stakeholders and delivering values for their business without compromising governannce. 

Key Job Accountabilities / 主要職務 

  • Define team vision and roadmap: Define Division Partner Team vision and roadmap to lead the team to deliver purchasing values to brands. Develop and coach the team while providing empowerment and autonomy for maximum growt                                    
  • Analyse business needs and provide optimal solutions and values: Anticipate with agility market evolution and deliver solutions which meet business needs. Collaborate with relevant functions to achieve the optimal and holistic solutions and values. Make propositions for continuous improvement and challenge processes to ensure the consistency with the internal control norms as well as the category strategies.                                                 
  • Ensure control & governance: Proactively monitor the local purchasing operation in line with Global/ Zone/ local norms to ensure sustainable audit-readiness. Develop and implement frameworks for continuous training and communication to promote user awareness in compliance.                                   
  • Maximize productivity and performance: Ensure accuracy of purchasing scope spends to maximize KPI performance, and  promote purchasing excellence activities.                                               
  • Optimize supplier management: Ensure the compliance with vendor master creation process and monitor supplier master operation to keep the supplier pool in control                                         
  • Monitor and manage tools and systems: As the process owner for MyMarket (S2P system) and vendor master process, Leverage the tools and systems to improve efficiency and compliance. Conduct continuous monitoring and identify improvement opportunities when applicable.                                         
  • Mange risk: Anticipate operational risks, and implement action plans to mitigate the risks.                                  
  • Negotiate with integrity: Be an example of an ethical purchasing buyer. Coach and challenge teams in terms of negotiation strategy                                           
  • Promote L'Oreal for the future: Be a proactive promoter of L'Oreal Group's sustainability KPI's  

Must Have Aspects / 必須項目

  • Working experience in Indirect purchasing for at least 7 years, preferably in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical industry.                                   
  • Strategic sourcing planning and execution - experience in cross functional projects.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration mind set                                          
  • Self-driver on process improvement and change management.                                      
  • Great communication and negotiation skills                                    
  • Strong data analysis & Presentation skill (Excel, PPT)                                   
  • Fluent Business English. Japanese preferred.  

Preferred Qualification / 希望項目

  • S2P system experience preferred
