What You Will Do:
As part of the Information Cell of the GBSC team, responsible for providing monthly, weekly, daily and ad hoc reporting and analysis to GBSC team and Supply Chain Management team. Lead the monthly cycle management, monthly and weekly activities. Influences GBSC Category teams and leadership with accurate and relevant analysis so they could optimize the service level and inventory.
Take initiatives that would lead to better data flow within the Supply Chain.
Work with the Corporate Data Analytics team to keep improving/automatizing current reporting on KISS
Manage import SKUs across all CPD Brands
DPM/Master Data Updates, manage load of Plant price changes
Coordinate the 3YP and Budget process across the CPD Supply Chain Teams from Demand submission and consolidation, through production plan and Budgeting presentation.
What We Are Looking For:
BA/BS degree preferred; preferably in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
8+ years Logistics/supply/demand planning or Data Management/Analytics experience
Strong PC skills, expert Excel skills; ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data
Prior experience working in manufacturing preferred
SAP APO experience strongly desired
Strong communication skills

- GR/AID/PDT/Tlane mass updates
- PO Cleanup
- ABC Updates
4. Deliver monthly cycle reporting
- MPS kick out, Flow diff, Monthly opening inventory, Forecast alert files, BOM explosion, etc
- Imports process
- Import FPV job/extract
- Import FCC integration/extract
- Import FEX/FFC Monitoring
- PR to PO Conversion
- Affiliate FPV integration
- Collaborate/Lead team effort to decrease E&O inventory
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Improve Reporting and data flow within the Supply Chain
- Adapt the current reporting to external initiatives (KISS, FM, Elixpedia, …) – as / if needed
