As a digital manager at L’Oréal, Professional Products Division
, you will:
• Be in charge of Digital Strategy, projects, tools and digital upskilling of the division.
• Strategize the digital transformation and drive the change towards consumer centricity and a data-driven organization. Develop & drive the implementation of CRM strategy and data management
• Guarantee implementation of digital projects in country & ensure smooth functioning and problem solving
• Identify and Consult teams about E-Commerce trends and opportunities for growth. Select, implement, and deploy the right tools to maximize e-commerce growth.
• Support new pilot business models and advise on divisional pilot digital projects
• Be the expert on digital media, oversee the media strategy and align on spend
• Own digital upskilling plan for the division in partnership with PPD GM & HR
• Own platforms excellence (tagging, SEO..): define guidelines, ensure application
