The L’Oréal Designer Fragrance Digital Engagement and Communications team is a highly engaged and motivated team, with a passion for all aspects of Communications, from social to digital to print. You will...

You need to be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people inside and outside of the business, working with and developing relationships with Influencers, Agents and Journalists as well as Beauty and Fashion executives.

We expect excellent organisational skills to ensure effective management of the database of contacts and personalised mail outs, as well as booking and organising travel for local and international events. You will learn all the basics of a busy press office, including how to capture and store social and press coverage, and how to write press releases and communicate effectively with Influencers and Journalists.

You will play an essential and integral part of the Communications team. Once you have been trained and mastered the essentials of the role, you will be attending brand events alongside VIP’s, managing your own regional influencer events and appointments and may have the opportunity to attend international brand launches.  

Day-to-day you may be...

  • Managing press requests, product pitches and general press office enquiries
  • Monitoring and capturing coverage across social, online and print
  • Sourcing new influencers across multiple platforms, relevant to each brand for specific new product launches or for the brand as a whole
  • Supporting the Communications Manager’s in planning and executing local brand events for influencers, retailers, journalists and VIP’s
  • Creating reports for a variety of activities such as post-event, influencer partnerships, weekly coverage round-ups, launch activations and more
  • Managing stock, including monitoring existing stock and placing orders for additional product

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
