Dermocosmetics O&O Educator
L'Oreal is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative O&O Educator to shape the future success of education for our dermo cosmetics brands: La Roche-Posay, Vichy and CeraVe . This is a really exciting role with an opportunity to influence and inspire people as well as working with amazing experts in the field of dermatology and skin science to push the boundaries and deliver on an impactful offline and online trainings for pharmacies.
We are looking for O&O Educator who will be accountable for creating engaging trainings with educating new and existing clients on skin issues, brand knowledge, science, products, and sales techniques.
Your Responsibilities:
- Train priority clients on live and online sessions (including face-to-face, events, digital or in-pharmacy education)
- Train LDB and Dermoadvisors teams on new modules & new products
- Support digital education platform through activation of content
- To increase of engagement of pharmacist by training seminars and live events, conferences and other activations
- Implement the local education strategy in line with brands activation strategy.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years’ work experience in health or beauty industry
- Educational background in healthcare and/or cosmetic science would be additional
- Experience in education: trainings online and offline, providing & creating seminars.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong engagement & full commitment
- Passion for digital
- Driving license
- Polish & English skills level min. B2
