KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage the sales forecasts quality (including forecast accuracy & bias & action plan) & manage forecast PBI/FM/Catalogue tool.
• Manage the global monthly sales forecast process and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process. Analyse risks & opportunities, compare gaps vs trend changes.
• Build the baseline forecast.
• Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
• Manage E2E supply for online part (reservation model - Eluxe) including stock allocation following to forecast, bundling, online fulfilment.
• E&O management.
• Other tasks to be assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Those who have experience of supply chain organization.
• Demand Planning in international FMCG Company (4+ years of experience working)
• Having online knowledge background
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective organizing & analysis skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to details.
• High level of accuracy and responsibility to follow up tasks
• Excellent customer insights.
• Strong excel, Power BI
• Experience working with cloud, API, SQL, macro is a plus
