A Day In The Life:
As a Data Quality Lead LATAM you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:
- Identify key data elements & Audit diagnose data quality issues.
- Implement corrective actions for data quality problems.
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant data sets.
- Build complex data sets that meet business needs.
- Enforce data standards and policies.
- Document and communicate data management best practices.
- Develop processes compliant with data governance policies.
- Monitor data quality using KPIs and address deviations.
- Continuously improve data quality within the domain
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Scientist or similar roles).
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of data governance principles.
- Has experience using data management tools, including advanced Power BI, Python, R, and SQL.
- Works effectively in teams and adapts to changing circumstances.
- Focuses on business needs and objectives.
- Conducts root cause analysis and identifies solutions to problems.
- Creates and delivers training for business teams on data-related topics.
- Manages projects using Agile methodologies.
- Effectively mobilizes data stewards and custodians for quality improvement initiatives.
