A Day In The Life:

As a Data Quality Lead LATAM you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:

• Identify key data elements & Audit diagnose data quality issues.
• Implement corrective actions for data quality problems.
• Maintain up-to-date and relevant data sets.
• Build complex data sets that meet business needs.
• Enforce data standards and policies.
• Document and communicate data management best practices.
• Develop processes compliant with data governance policies.
• Monitor data quality using KPIs and address deviations.
• Continuously improve data quality within the domain

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Scientist or similar roles).
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of data governance principles.
• Has experience using data management tools, including advanced Power BI, Python, R, and SQL.
• Works effectively in teams and adapts to changing circumstances.
• Focuses on business needs and objectives.
• Conducts root cause analysis and identifies solutions to problems.
• Creates and delivers training for business teams on data-related topics.
• Manages projects using Agile methodologies.
• Effectively mobilizes data stewards and custodians for quality improvement initiatives.
