  • Be a strong go-to-person and thought leader to help brands navigate through the fast-changing content world
  • Leverage proprietary tools and models to regularly monitor and report on digital content quality of L’Oréal brands’ vs key competitors’, providing suggestions for improvement and growth
  • Establish content framework to drive branding, consumer engagement experience and also content management infrastructure (e.g. storage, distribution and optimization)
  • Create platform-based content principles and golden rules with ecosystem view in line with marketing objective
  • Be an enabler to help brand team accelerating the business by fully adapting innovation like rising platform, emerging content formats, data, tools, and etc.
  • Work closely with parallel teams within CDMO department (Livestreaming, Data, EC, etc) to expand content opportunities and co-create solutions
  • Tighten partnership with brand teams and platforms to support content efficiency


  • At least 5-8 years working experience in Digital Marketing (FMCG and beauty industry are preferred)
  • Familiar with content creation process, i.e. planning, production and tracking
  • Profound knowledge with mainstream mega media ecosystems like Ali, Tencent and Bytedance, and major social platforms; E-commerce content operation experience is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination ability
  • Strong learning ability, logic and good sense on analysis
  • Result-oriented and agile
