A Day in the Life

As the Communications & Engagement Manager at L'Oréal Corporate in Prague, you will report to the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director and be a key player in shaping our internal and external communications. You'll work closely with various teams across the organization, contributing to a variety of projects that showcase L'Oréal's commitment to growth, diversity, and purpose.

• Crafting Compelling Narratives: Develop engaging content for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms (intranet, newsletters, websites, social media). You'll translate complex information into clear, concise, and impactful messages that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
• Orchestrating Engaging Events: Plan and execute internal and external events, from employee town halls and team-building activities to CSR initiatives and media events. You'll manage logistics, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful event execution.
• Strategic Communications Planning: Analyze communication performance data, develop data-driven strategies, and implement innovative campaigns to enhance L'Oréal's reputation and achieve key communication objectives. You'll track key metrics and adapt strategies based on results.
• Global Campaign Adaptation: Adapt global campaigns (like "Sense of Purpose") for the Czech market, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring content to resonate with local audiences. This includes managing paid campaigns and optimizing for maximum impact.
