Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To implement the digital PR  strategy  in consistency with the international brand communication and local business strategy
Purpose of Communication Specialist
Define and Enhance the Brand Online & Social presence and exposures
Sharpen Brand Image with clear sense of purpose
Strengthen brand awareness
Create Social Buzz pursuing  quality excellence  and volume
Foster and Enhance the consumer engagement and loyalty.
Boost traffic and sales on/offline
Key Responsibilities:
 - Orchestrate Digital PR  Communication Strategy
 - Influencer Marketing
 - Eventing
 - Contents Creation
 - CSR PR and tribe activations
Plan digital/ social-PR strategy and execute it in the high quality to get more reach and engagement online  with PDCA cycle
Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brand identity
Plan and execute  influencer promotions activating  not only IG influencers but  beauty KOL on Twitter and @COSME, youtubers and tiktokers including up-to date new coming influencers
Develop  networking with external partners  as PR agencies,  Talent agencies , AD agencies , creative agencies and digital /social media
Manage YSL influencer list and maintain relationships with all the relevant players  including  beauty KOL
Organize major brand events and  product launches events for influencer ( + consumer occasionally ) offline & online  with high quality  brand presentation.
Contents Creations for digital promotions  with HQ and local agencies
Shooting coordination of Local official brand AD assets closely co-working with HQ , local ambassador an internal team cross-functionally to develop appropriate and high quality content
Execute editorial tie-ups with digital media , youtubers and  influencers
Contribute to CSR communication activation plans
Plan and execute TRIBE activations lead by HQ
Set a strict KPI with both qualitative and quantitative for each activity
 Analyze traffic and social data, and based on the results, plan campaign and modify the contents
 Manage SOB database in efficient way and utilize the data for action plans and support
Produce social media listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight development
Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance
Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
 Monitor and Analyze brand's and competitors' social/digital up-to date  activities
Research and update real-time changeable trends in KOL mapping
 Monitor budget on all directly managed activities
 Manage external agencies to make them achieve the best performance
 Define, evaluate and follow all social media activity with clear KPI
 Analyze brand's and competitors' interactive activity to make recommendations to management
 Co-work with other communication (digital & PR) team members to orchestrate 360°communication action plan
 Collaborate with HQ communication team to optimize the actions in Japan
 Help other team members and departments to achieve business target
Must Have Aspects 必須項目 
More than 5 year experience in Communication Marketing / PR ( Media, AD Agency and digital or PR roll in brands) or related experience as Products marketing   in brand
Strong knowledge and experiences of  digital /social PR
Experience in Influencer marketing
Strong branding experience or interests especially in luxury industry, beauty or trend creating industries
Creativity, Metier in beauty/fashion
Excellent networking skill & communication ability
Contents creation / editorial  skills  aligned with brand strategy and tone-and-manner
Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
Strength on date-driven marketing operating digital  tools (Splinklr. Traker , Google Analytics etc)
English fluency at business level, as well as Japanese at native level
PC & Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualification 希望項目 
Experience in contents creation ( digital media editorials and official assets shooting )
Event Organize Experience
Ideally beauty or luxury  industry  background
