Within the Research & Innovation Department, the Finance Transformation 

Office is looking for a 

SUSTAINABLE FINANCE MANAGER

to join our Finance Transformation Office.

Reporting to the Sustainable Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability agenda by providing financial expertise and analysis to support the achievement of our ambitious environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and model the financial investments required to achieve our green objectives.
• Develop and simulate trajectories for key financial and extra-financial KPIs to advise on the most effective sustainability strategies.
• Gain a deep understanding of extra-financial data and its implications for financial performance.
• Actively participate in the implementation of CSRD reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to integrate sustainability considerations into financial planning and decision-making.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in sustainable finance and ESG reporting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable finance initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles, such as controlling, project finance, or financial analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of sustainability principles, ESG factors, and their impact on business.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Tools

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analytics skills.
• Experience with other financial modeling and data analysis tools is a plus.
