Your responsibilities:
Business Education Management:
- Defining Business Education strategy at country level, by type of clients/type of content and developing Business Education offer at the division level.
- Managing Multibrand Business Education projects both offline & online in line with Brands strategy and global Business Education strategy.
- Deploying global or personalized Business Education programs for clients and collaborators. These programs can include face to face, events, digital or in salon education.
- Managing loyalty program that has Business Education as a core.
- Leading the transformation towards digital Business Education internally and externally among key brand stakeholders.
- Finding, training & managing team of external experts coherent with Business Education strategy & offer.
- Strategizing and tracking Business Education performance through global and local KPIS.
- Monitoring feedback (qualitative and quantitative) from the field on the projects.
- Monitoring budget, training projects margins & ROI.
- Monitoring monetization of the Business Education offer and the filed performance.
Business Education Upskilling:
- Building & Managing Professional Products Division’s team business upskilling journey (e-learning and classroom trainings).
- Validating the Business upskilling roadmap and budget in coordination with country Professional Products Division Mancom / HR Learning.
Our requirements:
- Approximately 5-7 years’ work experience in beauty industry, preferred solid knowledge of professional channel / hairdressing business or experience in Learning for Development in beauty industry;
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in successful team management;
- Preferred experience in education: providing and creating seminars, working with trainers & external experts; working on e-learning programs would be additional benefit;
- English proficiency is a must.
- Fluency in Polish is a must.
- Proficiency in social media;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Strong engagement & full commitment; strong networking skills;
- Ability to work in very dynamic environment & excellence in multitasking;
- MS Office proficiency;
- Higher education.
