We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tech Lead (Power BI) to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge Business Intelligence solutions. Based in India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the way: Establish guidelines for Power BI reports using Direct Query and ensure PBI capacity stability for IT and Community solutions.
• Be a Power BI expert: Design, develop, and optimize complex Power BI reports and dashboards using Direct Query, catering to diverse business requirements.
• Champion data integrity: Build and maintain robust data models to ensure data consistency.
• Drive performance: Monitor, manage, and optimize premium capacity metrics. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Be a mentor and guide: Provide expertise on data visualization best practices and guide the selection of appropriate visuals for maximum impact.
• Embrace innovation: Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features and functionalities to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate seamlessly: Partner effectively with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience: 6+ years in Business Intelligence and data analysis, including 3+ years specifically in developing solutions using Power BI.
• Technical mastery: Expert-level DAX knowledge with proven experience optimizing complex queries. Proficient in DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and Performance Analyzer.
• Data warehousing expertise: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CI/CD experience: Experience with CI/CD for Power BI deployment pipelines.

• Experience with GCP: BigQuery, BI Engine & Looker
