What You Will Learn:
The L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division is looking for a passionate, pro-active and detail-oriented candidate to join the Digital Consumer Experience team responsible for the eRetail.com Skincare business (includes Walmart, Target, Ulta, Walgreens, CVS, and other up-and-coming food/drug accounts).
As a member of the DCX team you will be customer obsessed, focused on delivering digital experiences that enhance our customers’ lives across various touchpoints; Curious and pro-active about specific retailer capabilities, leveraging data and customer insights to strategize how content is used across multiple channels/audiences & develop custom playbooks; Results-oriented and excited to build measurable impact with our retail partners and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
The role will be responsible for LDB consumer centric content strategy creation, execution, merchandising and other consumer experience projects to meet LDB’s objectives and drive best-in-class user experience & business growth. The candidate must have marketing, analytical, digital, writing and research skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage internal and external resources to effectively bring projects to life.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the quality of all consumer experiences on specific eRetail businesses
- Identify opportunities to optimize or fulfill new customer & partner needs across journeys, to drive customer loyalty, business results, and improve the retailer online and in-store experience
- Identify content needs and opportunities. Develop, manage, syndicate, audit & optimize all content: images, videos, enhanced content, product description, attributes, UGC, Ratings & Reviews, diagnostic tools, brand stores, and device optimization.
- Ensure the establishment of clear goals and objectives through a content brief for content creators & graphic designers.
- Maintain all created content in internal digital asset management system (Opera)
- Collaborate with Brand liaisons in the US and international teams to ensure alignment and that all content needs are met. Share best practices within LDB & L'Oréal USA.
- Develop and manage a content and merchandising calendar, ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Sales & Media teams to ensure your content strategy and media/promo plans are working together for optimal sale and conversion and identify opportunities to increase awareness and visibility for ACD Brands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PDP copy (above the fold & below the fold) are optimized for SEO to achieve ranking and visibility
- Product catalog management for internal and external tools (OPERA, Edge, and other systems as needed)
- Have ambition to pursue new projects and drive new ideas to evolve responsibilities
Data & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and communicate program performance; recommend action plans to address variances in performance against annual plan
- Analyze retailer reporting dashboards, run relevant reports, and measure & present findings on content performance, sales, conversion, engagement, consumer sentiment, AB tests and competitors in the beauty category.
- Identify and monitor the latest trends in content marketing and consumer insights. Analyze & translate consumer insights into meaningful actions and data-driven plans
- Publish reports summarizing your CX Wins, Opportunities, & Initiatives to senior management on a weekly basis.
What We Are Looking For:
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of digital, marketing, or content creation experience
- Strong understanding of the Digital Industry. Beauty/skincare and content experience a plus
- High proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint are a must have skill. Ability to create high impact presentations and proficiency in telling a cohesive story
- Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet multiple, competing deadlines
- Strong Communication skills
- Must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Able to pull, mine, and synthesize across multiple data sources to formulate insights
- Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions
- A no task is too small attitude
- Process-oriented mindset along with high level of curiosity
- Ability to take initiative, act proactively & drive projects to the finish line
- Must be comfortable with high degree of virtual ways of working
