THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

  • Helping Social & Advocacy Manager & Onefluence Ogivly manage the seeding & paid process from planning to implementation
  • Monitor the results of all the A&I campaigns alongside the agency and assist the Manager with preparing campaigns and reports
  • Identify new content creators' profiles and help with value match
  • Help prepare ROAK & trends activation ad-hoc actions
  • Help with the community management process to achieve monthly KPIs on brands (YSL beauty, Armani beauty, Prada beauty, Valentino beauty)
  • Conduct and approve contests/ giveaways/ regulations
  • Complete privacy brief
  • Regular check on assets rights (every 6 months), follow-up via Opera platform
  • Manage content for social media platforms (Meta, TT & YT) for retailers (Meta), including copywriting
  • Prepare and send the product launches of Couture Brands to local publications each month
  • Helping to organize special PR activations and other specific events for Couture Brands (e.g. product launches, NMA shooting for local content creation, boutique activations, and events for content creators and consumers)
  • Track diverse administrative procedures and get involved in other projects at your direct manager's request
  • Assist PM to plan, develop, and execute specific marketing initiatives (labeling, planograms & merchandising)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Passion for the marketing/ digital industry and its best practices
  • Passion for learning, expressing curiosity and growing in the field
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail, effective time management to meet deadlines, maintaining an orderly documentation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiar with social media platforms
  • Good knowledge of content creators' field and advocacy campaigns
  • Demonstrate interest in TikTok & Instagram beauty trends and campaigns
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Master's degree
