A Day in the Life

As Advocacy & Influence Manager, you'll be a key player in our dynamic team, shaping our influencer strategies across various brands and/or markets. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive significant business growth. This role offers a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and data analysis, allowing you to make a real impact on L'Oréal's brand reputation and market leadership.

  • Strategic Influencer Partnerships: Identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with key influencers, aligning them with L'Oréal's brand values and target audiences. Negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, overseeing all aspects of campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing calendars.
  • Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.


We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in influencer marketing within the beauty industry. You are passionate about beauty trends and possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You are also highly analytical and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns within the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and content creation best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
