Advocacy Coordinator
Key Job Accountabilities:
DEVELOP & IMPLEMENT ADVOCACY/INFLUENCER MARKETING STRATEGIES & CAMPAIGNS TO ENHANCE THE BRAND’S EQUITY, CULTIVATE A LOYAL COMMUNITY OF BRAND ADVOCATES AND ASSURE THE OBJECTIVES FOR THE BRAND/CATEGORY
- Develop, lead and execute the advocacy strategy (vision, building blocks and objectives/kpis) & activations (costs, performance, value matches and contracting) to ensure maximum results.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage advocacy campaigns from start to finish includingsocial causes and e-commerce events
- Ensure the proper compliance with all advocacy processes (contracts, purchase order processing, Traackr uploads, audits, new briefing format, etc.) and evangelize the teams involved.
- Be the business market lead and drive adoption for all social engagement and influencer tools: Traackr, including MIM, Sprinklr, DOMO, etc.
- Drive the implementation of new advocacy activitiesand platforms together with the brand teams (gaming, social commerce, live shoppings, wom campaigns, etc).
- Update on social media trends and best practices, educating internal and external stakeholders (in partnership with advocacy agency)
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relations with key influencer agencies & publishers (in partnership with advocacy agency)
- Owner of the advocacy budget: Manage the advocacy budget, ensuring accurate monthly spending and appropriate allocation of budget to the rules of engagement.
- Responsible for managing the advocacy status with key stakeholders (agencies, local brand, regional teams, DMI, etc.), tracking main KPIS and objectives (match rate, share of influence, CPV, CPE, engagement rate, mentions).
- In charge of all the talent recruitment, negotiation & coordination for any local shootings (brands, e-com, etc)
