Major Responsibilities:
- Builds overall brand e-Commerce strategy: content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story.
- Champions the Online Brand plan for their Brand in both platforms including: Setting framework, strategy & trade calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (incl. media budget).
- Develops a clear traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off platform traffic for each platform and responsible for budge.
- Translates and writes local copy in line with Regional guidelines.
- Responsible for managing marketing/data analytics tools for the platform.
- Define target Product/ Keywords to optimize store performance.
- Improve Ratings and Reviews for pillar product by building insights on this data.
- Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase (or CRM dedicated).
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and E-Commerce landscape & Platform.
- Strong Operational Digital Marketing profile capable of building detailed activity plans.
- Have sense of urgency, keen to learn and digital savvy
- Good analytical skills
- collaborative and able to work between Sales & Mktg to build the right plan
