Division:  North American Fulfillment Services 

Location: Clark, NJ or other Cluster 2 DC, i.e. Streetsboro or South Brunswick/Dayton

What You Will Do: 

The Integrated Planning Manager position is a critical role in maintaining planning excellence within the NAFS organization. This position works closely with a group of DCs and cross functional teams to provide short to long term visibility of requirements of all types (inbound, outbound, storage, etc) to our distribution network and identify constraints within the network, along with working with the appropriate teams to address those constraints. On a broader scope, this role helps support the planning strategy of the NAFS organization and will be a key team member enhancing the communication and decision making to drive value to our operations and business. This position requires the ability to collaborate with all warehouse teams effectively, along with outside stakeholders (S&OPs, CSCs, Transportation, NOE, COE, Finance, etc) as necessary. Responsibilities in the role include, but not limited to:

  • Works with S&OP and DC leads to ensure that the Monthly NAFS Planning cycle is successfully executed each month with accuracy and timeliness. Routinely evaluating the effectiveness of the plan to ensure that both from a requirement and capacity standpoint, DCs are being provided the most value-added information.
  • Develops actions plans by working collaboratively with the appropriate teams to address capacity constraints coming from the Monthly Planning Cycle. 
  • Monitors the weekly progression of our DCs pacing to our monthly $ goals to support the business and identify any risks, along with working swiftly with appropriate parties to address risks/concerns. 
  • This role will be extremely crucial in the communication network of the NAFS organization. Person in this role will need to communicate challenges effectively to the right teams and leadership, along with coordinating quickly when new risks emerge. Both from a planning cycle standpoint and weekly tracking of goals, the person in this role will be the owner of identifying and escalating challenges/solutions and effectively communicating to the correct audiences (cross functional teams, leadership, NAFS teams, etc). 
  • Partnering with CSC teams, S&OP teams, Transportation & DC teams of all divisions on a regular basis, along with working with NEO team and COE team on strategic topics. 
  • Managing certain process improvement and strategic projects to keep enhancing and pushing the NAFS Team towards operational excellence in everything we do. 

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, finance, operations management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Planning, Physical Distribution and/or Operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Advanced excel strongly recommended.
