Core responsibilities:

  1. Scientific engagement with healthcare professionals
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and learned societies.
  • Build relationships with key hospital committees.
  • Manage the KOL pool and identify the right KOL for each scientific activity (investigator, speaker, board member).
  • Organize scientific discussions and advisory boards.
  • Present clinical evidence and answer complex medical questions.
  1. Evidence generation
  • Design and oversee local clinical and observational studies.
  • Design and oversee local clinical cases collection.
  • Support investigator-initiated studies (IIT).
  • Lead publication planning and scientific congresses.
  • Identify evidence gaps and unmet medical needs.
  • Translate scientific insights into actionable medical initiatives.
  1. Medical insights
  • Review scientific literature and communicate new findings.
  • Gather insights from physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and barriers to treatment.
  • Feed insights back into medical strategy and commercial planning.
  1. Compliance and governance
  • Ensure medical materials are medically accurate and compliant.
  • Ensure interactions with healthcare professionals comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Medical Information, or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and evidence-based medicine.
  • Knowledge of market regulations and compliance requirements.

Who should apply?

  • At least 5 years of experience in the role of Medical Affairs/ Medical Relation/ Medical Communication/ Medical Marketing
  • Experience and knowledge in personal & skin care & hair care will be an advantage
  • Established good relationship with KOLs, Director, Heads of hospital’s pharmacy in Dermatology will be an advantage
