Active Cosmetic Division - Digital Communications Team Manager

  • Define and lead marketing, social media and communications strategy in line with ACD brands(La Roche Posay, Skinceuticals) strategies
  • Identify and build close relationships with key influencers, including editors, social media influencers, as well as key medical influencers to execute the brands’ strategies to drive consumer awareness, social buzz & engagement
  • Manage and brief external digital PR agencies from brief to execution. including budget management & KPIs.
  • Lead shootings for digital editorial/tie-up contents in close collaboration with marketing team
  • Lead all the communications activity to ensure a consistent tone and voice across all communications
  • Analysis and reporting to ensure ROI and effectiveness of digital activities and influencer content investment
  • Lead, manage & develop & Communications Team 

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: 10+ years
  • Experience: Strong experience in communications & advocacy
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
