A Day in the Life
An entrepreneurial opportunity to drive retail growth in the Ukrainian market. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will manage joint business plans, lead commercial analytics, and drive sales success with the largest national retail chains.
Your main areas of focus will include:
- Commercial Execution & Partnership: Managing and developing long-term cooperation with top national retailers, conducting commercial negotiations, formalizing trade terms, and coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Tracking sales performance, promotional effectiveness, stock levels, and market trends to provide deep analytical materials and insights for commercial decisions.
- Strategic & Operational Planning: Building joint business plans, setting KPIs, identifying market patterns, managing regular reporting, and preparing recommendations to optimize strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to align daily operations and achieve shared business goals.
We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial department, sales, or analytics (preferably within FMCG or retail);
- A solid understanding of P&L management principles and promotional effectiveness evaluation;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (expert user of Excel: pivot tables, formulas; PowerPoint);
- Intermediate (B1) or higher English proficiency;
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets;
- Proven relationship-building skills, with basic experience in client support or participating in negotiations;
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of ownership for results.
