Join our Internal Audit team as a Group Internal IT Auditor

By joining the Internal Audit team at L’Oréal, you will participate in and supervise financial and operational audits covering all Group subsidiaries. This position is based at our headquarters in Clichy, but if the situation allows it you will be travelling worldwide 50% of your time!


Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:  

Internal control: checking the correct application of internal financial management rules with IT tools
Organizational issues: auditing existing processes and identifying ways to increase operational efficiency with an IT perspective
o Improving processes handled by IT tools such as SAP
o improving customer service
o recommending new purchasing processes
o ensuring better inventory management 
o evaluating a potential acquisition

The skills/experience that you will need to make an impact:  

  • Master's degree and 4years+ of experience in IT audit or finance consulting.
  • Mastering IT & analytical tools such as SAP, a programming language is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, broad business knowledge and strong analytical skills are essential
  • Leadership and communications skills
  • Be open-minded with international experience
  • Fluency in English is essential. French and other languages are highly appreciated.
