Global Beauty Tech Infrastructure develops the next-generation technologies that power all of L’Oréal services. The team is composed of towers (network, platform, modern workplace, enterprise services…) which have the mission to foster continuous innovation, improvement & operation in each of their areas of expertise.
The Cybersecurity & Service Delivery team aims to ensure that cross-tower projects and services are delivered in the most effective, qualitative & harmonized manner, in line with our businesses & partners expectations.
In details, we:
- Lead cybersecurity projects when it involves / impacts multiple infrastructure towers & zones
- Support adoption of common practices & tools across the infrastructure community
- Lead cross-tower improvement and automation initiatives
- Monitor & centrally report on service delivery & cybersecurity operations performance
This team, made of 5 great folks, is now looking for a highly motivated & result-oriented individual to take part in this never-ending transformation journey !
Our main drivers as Cybersecurity & Service Delivery team: Federate, Harmonize & Deliver !
You will be the Cybersecurity key point of contact within Infrastructure for projects.
· Drive deployment of major & global cybersecurity projects touching infrastructure;
· Inspire delivery discipline, adherence to standards, and excellence in execution while holding relevant stakeholders accountable;
· Define measures to monitor and enhance delivery and process excellence with a particular focus on governance, compliance, performance and identification of risks against agreed goals;
· Provide guidance & training to the engagements you support, acting as a subject matter expert to accelerate the adoption of for processes, tools, templates, best practices, and standards;
Examples of projects: Patch Management, BCP/DRP, Cloud Security Control Tower…
