- Lead the development of corporate messaging, contents, press materials and digital materials in different forms from writing to design, video production for online communications and beyond.
- Lead content calendar planning for corporate social channels in line with internal and external communications calendar.
- Work with brand social managers in different divisions to amplify brand stories related to key corporate communications pillar in corporate channels.
- Collaborate with HR team on key activities targeting young talents and universities.
- Build employee stories to strengthen employer branding for Thailand.
- Manage corporate website and SEO performance.
- Manage corporate Facebook and respond to inquiries from the channel.
- Work with Corporate Digital Marketing team on media strategies for strategic corporate campaigns.
- Support on crisis and issues communications for both corporate and brands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Advertising or related field
- Strong background in a mix of roles handling digital, corporate and consumer communications
- Digital savvy with creativity in content creation
- Strong experience with social media and good understanding of SEO
- Native Thai language skills, and strong written/spoken English language and translation skills
