What you’ll do:


·       Manage complete RFx cycle in defined categories and ensure compliance with the Group’s purchasing policy. Categories coverage:

o   Marketing and Media Services

o   Digital and IT Services

o   Supply Chain services

o   Professional services

·       Based on spend analysis, to identify saving opportunities and extend coverage of Purchasing on the categories

·       Define with stakeholders the Sourcing priorities and Sourcing planning jointly

·       Formulate and manage sourcing strategy

·       Analyze local supply market, capture innovations and identify best Suppliers / preferred supplier list

·       Negotiate with Suppliers from both financial and legal perspectives

·       Liaise with in-house legal team and ensure contracts executed within the project timeline

·       Manage mid-term and long-term Supplier relationship, monitor Supplier performance and conduct business reviews with Suppliers regularly

·       Drive Purchasing excellence and process improvement actions to improve efficiency

Purchasing systems Excellence

·       Co-design with business purchasing content for our P2P systems: MyMarket (e-catalogs, PSL & priorities ranking, category cards, Supplier cards, generic items & key words…) and MySourcing

·       Define the category strategy from Business priorities until implementation of it in MyMarket (PSL type, Ordering Channels…)

·       Conduct communication & mobilization of new Suppliers to be on-boarded on Ariba network in case of external catalogues

·       Generate purchasing reports (e.g. Savings, category analysis)

·       Management an intern

Who we are looking for:

·       Degree holder in Procurement Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines

·       6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/indirect purchasing

·       Deep understanding of spends analysis, co-work on budget/trend construction and follow-up.

·       Negotiate long term frame agreements with vendors to ensure best service/price  with full risk mitigations to address present and future needs. 

·       Master Sourcing techniques to identify new sources.

·       Ability to lead RFP process

·       Manager major suppliers performance and address necessary improvement actions plans.

·       Strong interactions with Stakeholders, Vendors, Operational Buyers, Regional Team.

·       Able to gain cooperation with stakeholders in implementing Efficiency projects.

·       Fluent in English
